Email Not Being Delivered From Forwarders
Summary
When forwarding emails it is very likely that they can be flagged as spam. There are a number of ways around this. This article will explain a few of these options.
Forwarded email marked as Spam
One of the best options is to use POP3 to check the email in the 3rd party email program, rather than use a Forwarder.
If forwarded mail is still preferred, follow these steps.
- Log into the free service. (This example will show Gmail)
- Look for a section that will allow marking of emails or provide actions.
- Choose Filter Message and then select the box to never mark these messages as spam.
These steps will be different with other services.
Changing MX records will fix this issue.
